AHUs designed for net zero carbon
Net zero carbon is a major part of the effort to curb climate change laid out in the 2016 Paris Agreement. The day-to-day running of buildings produces an enormous quantity of carbon emissions, but there is a solution. We provide intelligent features such as smart controls collecting and sharing data where appropriate, accelerating the equipment’s understanding of the carbon impacts in design and operation and providing data to continually improve the buildings impact on carbon footprint. We specifically design our air handling units to work as efficiently as possible to your site. Our aim is to increase on-site renewable generation beyond current practice where our equipment is utilised. This includes selecting the right Eco-Friendly components and tailoring them to phase direct fossil fuel usage out of all primary heating and cooling systems. We provide control products that allow you to adjust the AHU automatically to improve the indoor air quality and correctly monitor the minimal power needed to further reduce your carbon footprint.
In addition to this, as a company we are increasingly adopting environmentally friendly policies. We have been reducing our paper usage, providing hybrid work patterns to our team where appropriate, and sourcing materials and components from nearby UK suppliers. These all serve to reduce our own carbon footprint. When you engage us for an air handling unit, you can not only make sure your site is environmentally sound, you’ll also be assured you’re working with a responsible and eco-conscious manufacturer.
