What is tested in a condition report
Your dedicated technician will examine the different components that makes up your air handling unit including the fans, motors, coils, and belts to ensure that they are working correctly and are not damaged. This will involve both visual inspections and physical tests to make sure each part can move properly. The outer casing will also be examined, with the hinges, handles, door locks, furniture, and seals all thoroughly checked to ensure they allow the correct level of access and security as needed. The entire unit will be checked for signs of ageing, wear, corrosion, rust, or leaks to verify if anything needs replacing. Finally, the access to the plant room will also be checked. This means that if new components or equipment are needed, we can provide an accurate assessment of the work required to transport it. We will account for the unique qualities of your site to customise an effective access and transport solution.
